Go from blah to hurrah with the Step Challenge...

Feeling a little cooped up? Well, spring is just around the corner, and so is your chance to boost your mood during the 2021 Step Challenge.  

Why should you join the Step Challenge? Adding physical activity to your day is a proven way to feel better, both physically and emotionally. We could all use that kind of a boost right now, couldn't we?

So stayed tuned to this page for the details on how you can step with your friends and colleagues and grab a little joy! We're more than ready to go--are you?

New this year!

Lots of steppers answered last year’s post-challenge survey. The responses led to two key changes to this year’s challenge:

If you participate at a certain level during the challenge, you can win not only weekly prizes, but also final prizes.

Better app--StepSense

  • Set your personal activity level and goals.
  • See your data five ways to Sunday—steps, flights climbed, activity score, goal history, and more.
  • Choose any of 74 different languages.
  • Get info on healthy living and eating right.
Remember, steppers--stay safe and healthy!
  • Walk on your own if possible, or strictly minimize the number of people you walk with.
  • If you walk with someone else, use the #SixFeet rule to keep a safe distance between you.
  • Go virtual: walk at the same time but connect via chat or FaceTime.
  • Stay home if you are sick. Learn the CDC recommendations for what to do if you are sick.
