The University at Buffalo (UB) Nutrition and Health Research Lab is looking for volunteers to participate in the BRIGHT (Building Resources by Investing in Growth and Health for Tomorrow) study on healthy eating and financial planning. The goal of the study is to teach parents budgeting and healthy eating skills to help them consistently keep healthy food in their homes.

This study will be completed fully online over 7 months. Study participation will involve parents attending 3 one-on-one Zoom sessions and 10 Zoom group sessions (typically scheduled between 2:00 – 7:00pm). Participants will also complete surveys both weekly and monthly. Throughout the study, parents will keep track of their spending, saving, and eating habits. Participants can earn up to $425 for completing all surveys.
