You do not need a degree in nutrition. Coursework in general biology, nutrition, chemistry (both inorganic, organic and biochemistry) and physiology is recommended.
You can take some of the prerequisite courses as a graduate student.
For domestic students, we accept applications year-round on a rolling basis. If you’d like to be considered for a graduate assistantship, apply by March 15.
