Erin Campbell, MD, MPH is a Preventive Medicine physician. She completed medical school at the University at Buffalo, internship in Pediatrics at the University of Rochester, and her General Preventive Medicine residency and chief residency at the University at Buffalo. Her scholarly activities include co-teaching, evaluating, and presenting the results of the Cooking for Health Initiative class series. The non-credit classes use a multidisciplinary approach to teach clinically relevant nutrition to medical and public health students.
