General Preventive Medicine Residency Program
Application Information
Admission to the program will be limited to graduates of an approved School of Medicine in the United States or Canada, or to graduates of foreign schools who meet eligibility requirements for graduate medical training in the United States. In addition, successful completion of at least one year of graduate medical training in an approved program by the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education is required. Preferably the training should be in family medicine, pediatrics or internal medicine or a flexible internship, which includes three months of internal medicine training. Applicants will be expected to have a personal interview. Evidence of motivation to pursue a career in preventive medicine will be an important factor in the evaluation of candidates.
