Application Information
Prospective students are now able to apply online for the Early Intervention or Physical/Developmental Disabiities tracks using a web-based interface.
Admission Requirements
The following materials must be submitted to the admissions committee for their consideration of your application for entrance into the graduate program in Occupational Therapy:
- Evidence of completion of a baccalaureate degree with a major in Occupational Therapy
- Official Transcripts from all colleges attended
- Official GRE Aptitude Test Scores; TOEFL scores (if international student)
- Three professional references (Graduate Reference Form)
- Completed Online Application
- Application fee of $50.00, payble on-line
- International Financial Aid Form (if international student)
Application Deadlines
Applications for the Fall semester should be submitted via the on-line Graduate Admissions website by June 1. International students must submit their application by April 1. Although applications for the Spring semester may be considered, international students should only enter the program during the Fall Semester. Interviews are not required, but applicants who would like to discuss the program should call for an appointment.
