Assistive and Rehabilitation Technology

Application Information

The following materials must be submitted to the admissions committee for their consideration of your application for entrance into the certificate program in Assistive and Rehabilitation Technology:

1. Official Transcripts from all colleges attended
2. Three professional references
3. Completed Online Application
4. Application fee of $50.00 (payable online)
5. International Financial Form (if international student)
6. Official TOEFL scores (if international student)

Application Deadlines

All application materials for the Fall semester should be submitted to the Program Director, Certificate Program in Assistive and Rehabilitation Technology, University at Buffalo, by June 1. International students must submit their application by April 1. Applications for the Spring semester should be submitted by November 1. International students must submit their application by September 1. Interviews are not required, but applicants who would like to discuss the program should call for an appointment.
