To be added to the Occupational Therapy Program, use our webform.

Note: this is only to change your intended major, not to apply for an approved major. To apply to the program, you must:

• Complete the prerequisite courses
• Submit an Application for Promotion to Professional Sequence in January of the term in which you will complete all of the prerequisite courses
• Be accepted to the Professional Sequence (upper division) of Exercise Science.

Please note that this is a competitive program where students are ranked by prerequisite GPA and only the top 40 students are accepted. To be eligible students must have a minimum prerequisite GPA of a 2.8. If you are unsure whether or not the Occupational Therapy Program may be a good academic fit for you, you are encouraged to make an appointment wih MaryAnn Venezia.

To be removed from the Occupational Therapy Program, you do not need to contact us. Simply contact the department of the new academic plan.
