I had fifty-eight weeks of clinical internships in the program—in Batavia, Lockport, and Amherst in New York; San Antonio and Austin in Texas; and Phoenix, Arizona—so before I even applied for my first job, I had a year's experience. When a recruiter looks at your résumé, that experience counts. Also, UB ranks high among the DPT programs, and that says a lot to a potential employer.
