All school-sponsored events and seminars should be included in the school's online calendaring system. If an event is not already on the online calendar, it should be submitted there first. In addition to feeding the online calendar, this system is also the source of record for the school's digital signage and weekly events emails. Posting should occur at least two weeks in advance of the event. If full details are not available at that time, the event should be posted with all available details and updated as additional details become available.
The school can assist in arranging professional photography.
The Photo and Promotional Release Form should be used to obtain consent from all recognizable individuals in a photo for all photography.
