Specialty/Research Focus: The provision of culturally competent rehabilitation and health care services to under served groups; stroke recovery and the effects of a Modified Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (mCIMT) program for individuals who have had a stroke.

Projects: International service learning; Health in Brazil.

Specialty/Research Focus: Role of occupational therapy, aging and vocational options for adults with developmental disabilities.

John H. Stone, PhD Clinical Associate Professor

Projects: Culture and disability; Health in Brazil.

Specialty/Research Focus: International rehabilitation and the relationship between culture and disability; process of dissemination and utilization of information; and the translation of information from research to practice.
