Dr. Quick is Medical Director, General Motors Powertrain Division's Tonawanda Engine Plant, Tonawanda, NY.

Dr. Quick was in private practice for ten years before joining GM in 1986 and establishing his career in occupational health. Dr. Quick provides on-the-job, occupational medicine experiences for residents in Preventive Medicine in the Schools of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, and Public Health and Health Professions, University at Buffalo.

Dr. Quick continues his role in community public health with his efforts to decrease teenage pregnancy and increase the awareness level of teens to sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS.

One of Dr. Quick's numerous awards and honors was in 1995, the Award of Recognition for his continuing humanitarian work, which positively influences children, strengthens families and empowers communities to improve the quality of life for all children and adults, New York State Division for Youth.
