Course Description

Provides students with an overview and knowledge of various management topics relevant to operating the management role in public health organizations. Provides knowledge and skills to better understand the role of finance and accounting in public health management, the principles and techniques of supervision in the public health setting, and approaches to quality management and quality improvement in health care and public health practice.
