Molly is an Occupational Therapist who conducts Assistive Technology (AT) evaluations and trainings with clients off all ages/abilities to promote successful participation with career and/or educational goals.
Molly provides Assistive Technology (AT) evaluation and training services to clients referred by a variety of agencies, as well as school districts and privately funded clients. She also assists with the NYS Technology Related-Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities (TRAID) Program. Molly conducts AT presentations within the WNY community and provides demonstrations of assistive devices as well. Molly takes a holistic approach with all clients to ensure recommended assistive devices and training are appropriate and supportive to meet the clients’ goals, interests and functional ability while considering the multiple contexts in which they perform daily occupations.
She holds a BS/MS in Occupational Therapy from the University at Buffalo and an AAS degree in Business Administration from Erie Community College. Molly is a passionate supporter for advocacy in the areas of justice, equality, and inclusion for people of all ages and abilities to ensure everyone is provided a fair and equal opportunity to achieve their hopes and dreams in life. Molly has over 10 years of experience working directly with individuals who have intellectual disabilities in educational, residential, vocational rehabilitation and competitive work settings. Molly also has an interest in business administrative tasks which include but are not limited to securing financial opportunities, day to day operations management, community outreach/partnerships and program development.
