Center for Inclusive Design and Environmental Access,

We offer various forms of information and support to technology-oriented projects that apply scientific research and engineering development.

This can be for the purpose of generating any of our project outputs intended for transfer, uptake and use by external stakeholders.

  • Freeware — DIY hardware or software apps
  • Laboratory instruments or fabrication tools
  • Industry standards or clinical guidelines

Our technical assistance is limited to NIDILRR’s sponsored principal investigators.

We provide some support to all other people working in the field of assistive technology who are not NIDILRR Grantees.

You are invited to participate in a study involving the planning and documentation of research, development and production activities of NIDRR Technology Grantees.
