Sue coordinates all professional affiliations, instructional webcasts and social media content, provides logistic support for one research project (Industry Profiles) and one development project (NtK Model Variants), as well as for the center’s utilization and technical assistance activities.
Since joining the Center for Assistive Technology (CAT) in 2001, Sue has led all administrative, personnel and account management functions for the CAT. She plays a key supporting role for many related activities within each of the CAT's dozens of sponsored projects. She has also functioned as an officer (treasurer) of UB/CAT Inc., a nonprofit client service program focused on computer assessment, training, placement and support.
Prior to her career with CAT, Sue served 15 years as an administrator for the National Science Foundation (NSF)-sponsored Industry-University Cooperative Research Program for Biosurfaces, directed by Robert Baier at the University at Buffalo.
