Annotation: The authors of this article test the relationships between Knowledge Management, New Product Development Strategy and New Product Development Performance. They define Knowledge Management as comprising four components, knowledge obtaining, knowledge refining, knowledge storing and knowledge sharing. New Product Development Strategy is believed to include, a company's developing orientation, the market characteristic orientation, and the level of innovation. New Product Development Performance was measured based on life cycle, sales and profits and time to market. Significant relationships were found.

Tip: Develop a strong Knowledge Management system within a complete New Product Development Strategy and the New Product Development Performance will be more effective.
Survey. T-Tests and Multiple regressions were performed on each component of Knowledge Management and New Product Development Strategy to New Product Development Performance. All results were found to be significant and positive.
