Terry L. Mashtare has worked in cancer research as a senior biostatistician at Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) Department of Biostatistics. During that time, he has designed, reviewed and analyzed many clinical trials for various disease settings, biological and immunologic markers, and outcomes. This work incorporated both ongoing clinical trials and existing patient data. He collaborated on several studies using the Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) national database. His RPCI work focused on a variety of cancer sites including prostate, head and neck, colorectal and breast cancers.
Mashtare has been a Research Assistant Professor in the UB
Department of Biostatistics since 2009. His work involves a variety
of consulting projects from grant submissions, epidemiological
studies, and graduate student projects.
