Richard Schmidt Award for Outstanding Ph.D. Student
2007 Recipient: Wei Deng
The Department of Biostatistics is pleased to announce that Wei Deng has been selected for the Richard Schmidt Award for Outstanding Ph.D. Student of 2006-2007. Wei is the third recipient of this award, which is given annually to recognize academic excellence, as reflected by Ph.D. qualifying exam scores and classroom performance in core courses of the Ph.D. curriculum.
Sidney Addelman Award for Outstanding Master's Student
2007 Recipient: Qianqian Zhu
The Department of Biostatistics is pleased to announce that Qianqian Zhu is the third recipient of the Sidney Addelman Award for Outstanding Master's Student. This award, which is given annually to recognize academic excellence, is based on master's comprehensive exam scores and classroom performance in core courses of the master's curriculum.
