PhD in Biostatistics

Application Information

Following are the requirements for the Phd program.

• Masters degree in Statistics or equivalent coursework
• Recommended TOEFL Scores - Paper 600 /Ibit 100 minimum
• Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or other appropriate standardized national exam

The application must include your transcripts, three Letters of Recommendation, GRE Scores, TOEFL score (if applicable) and an application fee of $50 made payable to University at Buffalo.

Deadline for Fall semester is April 15th. Admission in the spring semester is possible but not encouraged.

Students interested in fellowships and assistantships must apply for the positions by January 15th.
