School Accreditation

The University at Buffalo School of Public Health and Health Professions (SPHHP) is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), an independent agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit schools of public health.

Program Accreditations

• The Doctor of Physical Therapy Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
• The BS/MS in Occupational Therapy Program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)
• The Preventive Medicine Residency Program is accredited by the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
• The Dietetic Internship Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetic Education (CADE) of the American Dietetic Association
